House Tomazin is situated in small village Vela Traba with about 15 houses in Central of Istria. In it´s oldest part you can see traditional Istrian houses built of stone. The house is a modern building, but built with elements that are traditional for the Istrian houses – stone columns, fireplace, wooden tables and benches. The house has a spacious garden with swimming pool. The accomodation for guests is arranged as a ground-floor in the interior of our big courtyard. There is a parch on the entrance and you can enjoy in the shade of walnut tree.
There is a spacians living room wirh a fireplace, and a table, a kitchen (equipped with a cooker, fridge, sink and all the kitchen accessories). There is a TV, too, and a sofa that can be used as an additional bed.
At your disposal are two double bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed, and one with two separate beds).

- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 90 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 150,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
